I recently bought a Droid 2, and my friend has the Incredible, i debated highly between the 2 phones, a HUGE thing about the 2 with me is the almost double talk time and stand by time in the battery life, but i love the AMOLED display on the HTC, i am really leaning towards exchanging the 2 for the incredible, but have heard lots of pros and cons about both phones, can i get some input? also i feel like MOTO is laggy compared to the HTC, and thats a big no no for me. This question has probably already been asked, but any info/tips would be greatly appreciated.

has anyone used the Seidio Innocell 1750 mAh Battery with the incredible? does it extend the battery life considerably?

I own a incredible and have froyo. 2.2 it is very fast reliable. Bought siedo1750 battery and definitely increased battery life you do need to set up your mobile settings to lower battery consumption you'll find everything in these forums its a top notch phone go for it .

Yeah I agree with scrodden once you get your settings tweaked the battery life is manageable even on a stock battery(14-16hrs) unless its a heavy usage day.So an extended battery should cover your needs for sure.

I haven't had the D2 but have both the dx and incredible and compair them all the time for an average user I cant really tell a big difference between the 2 phones except the dx is bigger and has hard keys instead of the soft touch keys the incredible has. I like htc sense , my dx doesnt seem to be laggy either tho.

With the froyo update its improved my incredible I would not give it up for the dx can see a difference in the Amoled screen forsure. I dont think the incredible would disappoint ya ! :D

Agreed. IMHO, the only reason to buy a D2 is for the keyboard. If you don't want or need the physical keyboard, then your best option is the DI. Even over the Fascinate (assuming the specs I've read are true).

If there is one thing I hate the most is lag. My froyo rooted incredible has no lag what so ever. D2 on the other hand uhhh lag
