Droid 4 on htc incredible 2 and facebook. - my issue or theirs?

I've recently "lost" my "Facebook forAndroid" app. The icon went away from both my home page of apps that I chose to put there, and my list containing All my apps. In going back to the play store, I found it not listed at all in what I can obtain. Just plain Facebook takes me to an install page which just tells me it'll install it later. What?! Annnd you can guess - it never does.
Please tell me I'm not alone in this and It's real easy to fix. ;-)

Try going to Play on a computer. See if you can push FB to the device that way.
