This is from some other threads on the topic. It worked for me on my Mac desktop

Dial ##7764726
Hit Call
Type Password 000000 (that's 6 zeros)
Hit Feature Settings
Choose CD ROM
Click Disable
Hit menu, commit modifications (it will say no item changed)

I get same error but it doesn't seem to affect anything. I just click "OK" and the drives pop up and i can navigate them with no trouble.

My question is what are you disabling? Before I disable something I'd like to know what it is.

the 2.2 update added a virtual hard drive to the card. what it does is just mount 'hard drive' that has the verizon sync stuff. all your doing is turning the visiblity off. if you want it back you do the same procedure and do enable.

the virtual drive is much like the ones that come on western digital external hard drive. basic crapware no one wants but they force on you and make you jump thru hoops to get rid of.
