That pic is not from Motorola and does not show a form factor. I believe it came from over seas. There are hackers out there that can produce that screen.

As an investigator I know until I hear and see it announced by Motorola & Verizon I shall not truly believe. Blurry half a$$ed pics do not impress me enough to bite. If these "Leaks" would be laughed out of court. Cannot help it. Its how I roll. Safe than sorry if you know what I mean.

This phone is not the bionic - if you look at that press release it says it's a Tegra2 phone.

Official information on the bionic is sparse at best but there are several very solid rumors about what this phone has. One of them is that the Targa-based bionic is an OMAP based phone. (See what Winston, an insider, has confirmed)

Beyond that, isn't the nature of being an investigator is to substantiate or invalidate rumors (leaks in this case) and then bring those into court?

Though it does make me wonder what is holding Moto up on going public with this device unless they're still concerned it could get black-flagged. Though VZW can also hold them up too I suppose so they don't wreck existing device sales.

Verizon does this with basically every phone. I waited 6 months to hear an official announcement on the Incredible from when I first hear the early rumors about the device.

I can't really blame them for taking this stance, though. Look at what happened with the CES Bionic?

Droid life needs to get their crap together. First the GS2 false announcement now the Photon unlocked bootloader announcement. Amateurs

They need to quit pulling the trigger so fast and verify things first. Their credibility is slowly taking on water.
