Droid Charge force close loop

My charge is in the force close loop. I tried reloading the ed2 .tar file through odin but it still happens. The phone starts up and says "com.android.phone" error. Any help is appreciated.

check the xda developers forum, they have DEVS and other people there with a ton of experience who can help. They also have a few threads on un bricking a phone.
