Droid DNA turns off and won't turn back on. Help!

Whenever I'm in an area with bad signal the phone turns off and won't come back on. It only comes back on when I plug it into a charger. Does this with any amount of battery percent. Anybody else have this problem?

I have never heard of this issue at all. Have you contacted Verizon's tech support?

This sounds like a hardware failure of some sorts, possibly you've got a lemon. I'd do a factory reset first (because thats what verizon will make you do before they replace it) and then if the problem persists I would then take the phone in.

Took it to Verizon yesterday. Still under warranty so they put in the order for a new one right away!
