I just had a conversation with a Verizon rep about the Bionic on accident. I called in with a billing question and this is how it went...
Rep: I see that you have an upgrade available that you have been sitting on for a few months. Would you like to take advantage on a new phone today?
Me: Not today, unless you can shed some light on the Bionic that is supposed to release next week.
Rep: chuckle... I am sorry but I do not have any information today on that device. We are excited about it though.
Me: Ahhh... I was really hoping you could let me know if there was going to be any opportunity to pre order the device.
Rep: What I can do for you is put you down and call you at the FIRST of next week with more details. Would you like me to do that?
Me: Yes please, thanks for your help!
