droid dpad cracked?!?!

My dpad cracked on the black part horizontally in the middle of the left side top side And right side....anyone have this issue? I work for vzw in "office "not "store" and made some calls but no store has seen this. So I bring it to the droid nation...anyone experience this...of course it will be replaced, but this is unfortunate

hell, I have not even touched or looked at my dpad in forever. It could have fallen off a month ago and I wouldn't know.. that sucks though.

Wow I've not heard this yet. Thankfully everything is working great here except for I have one dead pixel on the screen.

Everything works perfect except the 3 cracks....hmmmm donno maybe I got a bad one or use my dpad abp above average glad I have warranty and I work for vzw easy replacement...ill try and take pic

that sux... i guess there is default or a bad batch in all things. hope you get it fixed soon..

Thats really weird. I would take it to verizon and get a replacement... I mean even if you had dropped it I can't see it cracking that.. That stinks.. Yet another reason why they should have never mad such a large dpad.

Sorry to hear about that man, but I never use my D-Pad as it is. Even so, a crack would bother the **** out of me.
