Just got the car dock installed yesterday... I ran an AUX cable out and have the car charger,, I now can play my music, listen to the NAV chick over my car stereo.. Cant beat pandora and slacker radio broadcasting through my truck....I just wish the car mode was customizable.. I want to be able to have direct dials and saved mapping.. Oh well

From the dock screen touch home and work from there. I think that is why the icon for Car Mode in in the app drawer to get back to car mode.

It's just there so you can open car mode without using a car dock. When docked, the fixed home key takes you car home.

I've only purchased two accessories so far. I got the dock and the car mount through verizon. I haven't used the car mount that much, but the one thing that has impressed me thus far is that the suction cup does a really good job of staying attached to the windshield. Garmin could take a lesson! I
really like the dock, so much so that I'm considering getting a second one to premanently leave on top of my stereo, as I use the droid to stream music through my stereo through Last FM.

I love the multimedia dock..

Haven't found any cases I like.. but then again I baby my phone so I don't see the need for one.

I have the car and charging dock. Love both. I use the car dock everday. I have it programmed to my Bluetooth in my car so it makes it a breeze. I own a catering business so I'm always on the phone while driving to drop off food to places I've never been. So i get my phone use and navigation all right there in front of me. Its saved me a numerous amount of times. And I listen to Pandora plus my media library from the phone in the car.... Simplifies everything to one droidific device.

Both are WELL WORTH the money!

I picked up both the Car dock and the MM dock at best buy so I could get the additional chargers all in one. Company had given me a $100 gift card to BB so it didnt cost me a cent!
