About a week or so ago my phone started acting up (I've had it since May of last year and haven't had any problems with it up until now)
Sometimes when I try to listen to music on my phone or watch a video the media volume doesn't work. I'll have the volume cranked all the way up and there will be absolutely nothing coming out of the speakers.
Also the speaker phone is always on whenever I make a call or when I receive a call which can be potentially embarrassing and it's extremely annoying to have to say "hold on a sec" and have to shut it off for EVERY call.
However my least favorite glitch since the update is the Car Panel or Car mode... I didn't even know this phone came with a car panel and now it comes on all the time and won't stop. i'll have to manually shut that off too because there is no disable option in the settings - the only alternative is to get the docknothing free app from the market but even that doesn't fix the problem because the phone still registers it as still being turned on and if you're in the middle of something like a text or surfing the web and you decide you're sick of looking at the little car icon and decide to "exit car mode" it will shut you out of whatever you were doing which can be pretty aggravating if you're in the middle of a text and you lose what you're doing.
I figure why bother factory resetting it or even trying to explain to the verizon people what's going on because after reading a bunch of forums i know it's just a software update gone wrong and Verizon has not yet done anything to fix the mistakes they've made.
I paid a lot of money for this phone and i think for that i deserve to have it work perfectly. isn't that a laugh... :-\
