droid incredible player doesn't recognize all mp3's

Why my droid incredible native player recognizes just about 20% of mp3, but 3party player works with all?
If I go to file browser and hit by any mp3 track, native player plays. Tried hard reset, format... nothing work :-(
I use 8Gb microSD

I've had the same problem, tried the same fixes to no avail. reformat them to wma on your pc it should work then.
