Droid Maxx: 4.4 volume

Since the 4.4 update the speaker volume is very low. It is about half what it used to be.

make sure to go into settings...sound....volumes.... and make all 4 slider bars maxx if you want

i have they are maxed but still low volume.

What happens when you restart the phone? Better or the same?

ya restarting work did just before i got back on here. thank for the help.

You must have an app that is affecting volumes. It's always hard to say what it is, though.

I've had this problem occasionally even with 4.2.2.... Kind of annoying but I've only had it happen a few times. Was hoping 4.4 would resolve it but it happened again yesterday. Guess it must be some app as stated above and not android itself.
