Droid MAXX: chrome is always crashing

Ever since upgrading to Kit Kat, my chrome browser is force closing alot. What's the deal with this? Is there a fix? It's getting very annoying.

Call up Chrome in market, uninstall updates, then update to current version.

It's never crashed on me, either. Another thing to try, if it continues, is to go to Settings->apps, find Chrome and tap it, and wipe data.

Another thing to try is to factory reset, if you haven't done it since the KitKat upgrade. It's often beneficial after an OS upgrade to factory reset.

I'm glad when I got my maxx 2 weeks ago it already had the 4.4 update
