Droid Maxx Loses Notification Sounds

Hello,
I ave a fairly new Droid Maxx, and just recently it will stop sound for notifications such as incoming text, phone ringer, email?? I have to reboot and then all works again for a time. It seems to be random on how long before it will stop again? As far as I can see, all volumes are all the way up?

Go into system settings - sounds. Make sure the volume is all the way up for everything.

Another thing to consider is of another app or service is interfering with the volume. Did this just start happening? Or has it been a problem since you got the phone?
