that's weird I ordered on the 8th, and mine has already shipped and will be here tomorrow. I was going to get the Moto X, but once I saw the price drop for the Maxx I decided it was worth it.

That sucks, hopefully you get it soon! I went in over my lunch hour and exchanged my iPhone 5S for the Droid Maxx. So far so good! The sales guy said they've been flying off the shelves since they dropped to $99.
I bought mine at a Verizon store at $300 and the week after it dropped to $200. While still in the 14 day return window, I went in and got the $100 back, no questions asked.
I paid $499.99 on the Edge program for my son's Max on Friday the 7th. I called yesterday and told them that I wanted to have my phone's price adjusted since the price recently dropped. They did so without any problem. Now I am trading in my old Galaxy Nexus for $100 off. That makes it $299.99 and I bought an old Sprint Admiral on Ebay for $20 that I plan on taking over and getting a $100 rebate from making this phone making the grand total $220 off contract. Not too shabby. My son is 17, I told him he owes me $110 so in reality it only cost me $110 out of pocket. Woot! Woot!

I paid $750 the day of release.. then after a week or 2 it went to $700.. then another couple weeks 650, 500 ,
I paid $109 in September after trade up and Verizon30 promo code.
