Just picked up my new Maxx from fedex. First impressions, very nice!!
Had one system update right after boot up. Unfortunately I was too anxious to see what it said.
Any questions, fire away!

How skinny is it how does it feel in the hand

The phone is perfectly flat on backside, no slope or hump. The soft touch back feels very good, and no fingerprints!!

How's the software compared to what we've seen of the Moto X?
Everything seems the same as far as software, although I've noticed that you can edit your photos with several different options. I never noticed that on the Moto X.

Take some random pictures so we can see the camera quality. Please! :)

Hit and miss? So the camera isn't taking great photos or even average photos? :(

What phone are you coming for just so we will have some kind of idea of a upgrade it is.

PS: You need a tripod, those one handed knife skills are kind of scary LOL.

I would say average. If the camera is your main priority, then you might want to look at others. Seems to be doing a good enough job for me.

I had a S4 before this. This phone is more fluid. Didn't really care for the "stuttering" on my S4

Nah, I just need something half way decent. The Droid RAZR HD Maxx had issues taking pictures for my banking app in medium lighting which was very annoying but livable.
