Droid Mini Cant Make/Receive Calls !!! Help

This has happened to me before about a month ago... I can not make or receive calls. All incoming calls go straight to Voicemail. I was able to fix it the last time but can not remember what i did or where I found the solution. Can anyone helP? I have not done or downloaded anything different before this happened.

Ensure that airplane mode isn't turned on as this cuts all the radios off.
