Droid owners feelings about possible "Google Phone."

This is actually the 3rd phone Google would be releasing. They have been reference models available off contract to developers. I don't see any betrayal here, only continued development of the platform.

I'm glad they (Google, handset mfgs, etc.) are looking to make better phones and Operating systems. I knew when I bought the Droid there would be newer/better phones coming in months or years if not sooner. I love my Droid but will eventually be looking to buy a new phone in a year or two.....and I can't wait to see what Android will have to offer by then. It amazes me how tech advances year to year. Just take a step back and look what cell phones were just 5 years ago.
