Posting this on behalf of my father, any help is appreciated. Some info, this stared around the time that gmail had its last big change. He does not want a new phone, he does not want to root.
Does anyone know what might be causing my Android (Motorola Droid Pro) to foul up e-mail in Gmail: too wit: the mail fails to go into the inbox; there is no audible alert or screen notice of mail arrival. I an access mail by going to folders and selecting all mail. The phone and mail worked normally and well until a few months ago.
