Is anyone going to make Verizon or Moto exchange their razr for the maxx ?

No offense, but I dont think you will get very far. Carriers and phone manufacturers do this quite a bit: release a phone, and then upgrade it a short time later. Samsung and the Galaxy SII. Just got mine not too long ago...oh hey, heres an HD version with a 1.5 ghz processor. Yay.

I don't think you will get them to exchange it unless you are in the 14 day exchange period. If you buy from Costco or Amazon Wireless you have 30 days to exchange it.
