At this point, even though 2GBs of RAM isn't THAT important, I'm not upgrading to a phone that still only has 1GB. The SG3 has 2GB's, why come out with a flagship that doesn't at least match the current one...esp being released long after. I don't get why HTC and LG etc. are still coming out with phones that only have 1GB of ram, the same as their predecessor. Example. Spectrum 2 ...same phone with ICS, bigger screen and NFC..why would I I buy that? Phones have been out for over a year with those specs..Why would I chose that phone over a SG3 that will probably end up being around the same price. It just seems dumb to me.
A RAZR HD (as speculated) is nothing more than my current RAZR with a bigger better screen, nfc, faster processor and a larger battery. Why would I use an upgrade/pay full price for a phone that's on par with phones that came out LAST year? Everyday they wait, the less and less likely I'm going to get it. (Admittedly, I am a Motorola person so I might end up anyways) I'm hoping you're right when you say they might have delayed it to be a Nexus.
That would be awesome, and I hope Google forced it to have better specs (IF this was the case, who knows). Hopefully they can do something about the HUGE bezel on the bottom and top of the phone that was seen on the leaked pictures (doubtful). I see no point in having on screen buttons if the bezel is even bigger than my current RAZR.
Only time will tell...
