Droid RAZR Maxx - Is my GPS shot?

GPS has not been connecting well. Downloaded the GPS Status program which fixed it once, but it has been out again for two days now. I have done a factory reset on both the stock ROM, as well as Cyanogenmod 10.1.3, re-enabled location access, and still nothing. Anything else to try?

Hope it can be fixed, otherwise this is the 2nd Moto phone that I'll have had that did not survive the 2 year contract period....
