Looks like it will be time to finally root the RAZR when the KitKat ROM comes out.

Probably the same issues as the Galaxy Nexus - TI OMAP support is basically gone.

Plus internal resources are either not there or working on updating the Moto X and the 2013 DROIDs (or working on the Moto G).
