Droid Turbo Fastboot Mode

Hello, can't seem to figure this out. Since updating to Android Lollipop, every time I start my phone, it goes to the bootloader screen instead of the OS. How do I set it so it skips the bootloader screen and boot to the OS?

Under Bootloader logs:
Fastboot Reason: UTAG "bootmode" configured as fastboot

I was able to fix it by using the Repair Tool in the Verizon Wireless Software Upgrade Assistant

Mine does this the repair tool didn't work for me
