Droid Turbo not showing up on Windows?

I don't know about you guys, but my phone isn't showing up on Windows when it's connected via USB.
I'm an urban dancer so I want to put music and what not onto my phone.
It shows up on device manager however (XT1254 with a yellow triangle icon next to it).

Anyone else have this problem or any clues?
I'm running Win8.1.

I experienced this issue before. Are you using the USB cable that came with the phone? Not all USB cables are the same.

Do you have the Moto drivers installed on the PC? I don't have the Turbo, I have a Moto RMHD, there was a Moto driver program that had to be iinstalled on the computer before it would see the RMHD internal drive. If I recall it installed automatically the first time I connected the phone but if not you might have to download it manually. This was for the RMHD, not sure if the Turbo works the same way but I would imagine it does.

Do a Google search on Motorola Device Manager, that is probably what you need.
