Droid Turbo - Stuck on "Activating your Phone"

Well, I am having issues activating my phone. It sits on "Activating your Phone" for ~ 2-5 minutes, then gives me an error saying that it was unable to activate properly. I am not sure as to what to do.

Call Verizon Support. From another phone, of course.

Press multitasking and hold in and press app info and go into apps and close "Phone" in multitasking you should be good to go.
