Droid VNC Server

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I can't seem to connect to my phone via the http client. The app says that the server is started on the phone side (HTC EVO), but I can't connect via my PC. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Did you download tightvncviewer (TightVNC: VNC-Compatible Free Remote Control Software) and use that?

I didn't know I had to... I thought you could just enter the given IP Address into a web browser. By the way, which version of Droid VNC Server are you using? Thanks!
