Droid X Hardware Buttons Stop Working!!

Hey guys my sister's DX just started this issue today. It boots just fine but all four hardware buttons and the two volume buttons do not work at all making the phone about useless. There is also no 3G connection. It is a disaster. The only button that works is the lock button on top. She has not dropped it really at all and It is well taken care of. I do not know if this is bad hardware or software. All I tried rebooting many times. She has the newest update as well. What is going on has anyone had this?

I would try to return it.

I stopped using the hardware buttons. I use button Savior from the market instead.

Take it into the verizon store they'll help you out.

If it's rooted, have you tried to SBF to see if it's just a bad software issue?

It's not rooted lol its my sisters. She is gonna take it sometime soon. I already did everything they would do in store so she will get a new one!
