Droid X is a bad phone because of Verizon's billing policies?

No, I did not go over my minutes.
No, I did not mis-read or fail to read my contract.
No, I am not trying to cheat the system.

Rather, Verizon has some policies that confuse their own support staff, and they don't communicate these policies to the customer. Then, when the problem shows up, they blame the customer.

I am still confused as to why all this makes the Droid X a "bad phone"?

Trying to cheat the system is exactly what you're doing. Realizing you're going to go over your minutes than trying to up your mins just for that month = trying to cheat the system.

And also....it has absolutely nothing to do with the phone.
