Droid X music sync - album art spotty?

simply put the album art feature on the stock music player sucks. I transferred all my music over from WMP via sync and it had complete album art....now when I look at 'Album View' in the stock music player half are blank...and it seems to be intermittent, because certain times I can see certain album art and then other times its just the blank image....why does this happen? I wish I could dump the stock music player but I've yet to find one that has a lock screen music control which I need in order to use at the gym.

If that doesn't work out "album art grabber" works well also. If you want to try out a different media player, MixZing has integrated the function of downloaded missing album art too.
