Droid X Special Edition: release date?

Has there been any news regarding the release date for the Droid X SE that was pre-announced yesterday? Supposedly it has a 1.2 Ghz CPU. If it's a "world phone" I might wait for it. Picture attached.

I think this is the device that moto already talked about. The one that shares the 4.3" screen as the x but the specs are less. Moto said it would be a midlevel device and release by the end of the year.

What if the phone we're calling the Droid X SE is really just the Droid Terminator/T2/Olympus? That would totally explain why some nefarious entity has been systematically removing the picture I posted from the entire friggin' internet. It's Motorola's lawyers threatening every blogger on the planet for posting NDA-busted snapshots of their Tegra 2 superphone, not due to be announced until CES in January!

Maybe the silver trim on the phone is supposed to be evocative of a shiny, metallic Terminator. What do you think?
