After piecing together many sites and looking for what I can and can't freeze I came up with this list.. All of these were frozen with Titanium Backup and my phone is 100% stable. No issues that I can find yet. On boot very little loads and I'm used Autostarts to further stop unneeded apps from launching right from the start. My phone gets Quadrant scores over 2600 after it's been on for a while.

I tried blocking the yahoo stuff but when frozen my contacts crashes and pretty much cripples the phone.
I'm sure there is more I can freeze but at this point the phone is blazing fast so I doubt I'll see much of an improvement from further tweaking.

Rooted right out of the box with Gingerbreak
Titanium backup pro for freezing

Anyhow.. Here you all go.

i did a freezing of apps - my phone response slowed - slightly

i will determine which one/s is causing the issues

I found that freezing a ton of stuff at one time wasn't working. After figuring out what I could freeze I slowly went through freezing a handful of apps at a time and rebooting between each set. Not sure if it really makes a difference but it did for me.

i noticed this with freezing yahoo as well (I think it's just Yahoo Mail Authenticator) I had to defrost each app one at a time to figure it out. Luckily, I started from the bottom :)

Thanks for the list btw.
