Droid X2 Problem...I'm new to this

All of a sudden, today, I started getting this message " no data connection." Verizon is my carrier. Have not changed any settings. Was doing fine with e-mails and internet up to this point. What could have changed? Any help would be appreciated.

Is there anything to indicate that there is a problem with your data? Like, something up in your notifications that isn't right?

Do you have airplane mode on? Have you tried rebooting your phone? Battery pull?
