Dropbox "Camera Uploads" album not viewable in Gallery app

My old Note2 used to show me my Dropbox "Camera Uploads" album from Dropbox. With my Note4, I cannot see any albums from Dropbox even though Dropbox is listed as an account and photos taken with my phone are being uploaded to Dropbox. Any ideas how to get the Dropbox albums viewable in my gallery app liked it used to be on my Note2? Thanks.

Set Dropbox to keep the camera uploads locally. Media Scanner only finds media files that are on the phone. (If they're saved on the phone first, then uploaded to Dropbox, it finds the copy that was saved to the phone. If that was changed between the Note 2 and the Note 4, that would cause your problem.) If Media Scanner doesn't find a picture, your picture viewing apps won't know it's there.

I'm not sure I understand. On my Note2 I was able to see every photo in my camera uploads album on Dropbox even if that photo no longer resided locally on my phone. Also, I see nowhere in the Dropbox settings where you keep the uploads locally.

Any other suggestions on this? It's very inconvenient not to be able to view Dropbox albums in my Gallery.
