A few months back I gave my wife my G2 which she loves, except for one very annoying feature that we can't figure out how to resolve....dropped calls.
I don't recall having that issue when I used it but for some reason she is plagued with them. I talked to AT&T and they gave her a new SIM card, did some behind the scenes reformat or whatever with the "towers" etc and things seemed ok for a while. But now she is getting them again. We live in a very well covered AT&T area and always have 4-5 bars so no issues there. So we're stumped as to why she is having so many dropped calls.
Is anyone else having issues like this with their G2? I'm using an Zenfone2 and have no such problems so it leads me to believe it's hardware/software related with just her phone(?).
Any thoughts on how to fix? We don't want to pay the crazy amounts they want for a new phone so we'd like to resolve this and keep the phone at least for 1 more year. Note that she is NOT a tech person, nor a heavy user of the phone. It's mainly used to txt, read FB and call folks.
Thanks in advance for your help.
