Tmobile, locked and no dropped calls, I've had the phone for about 2 weeks now.

I'm using Mint mobile (MVNO that uses T-Mobile network) and I have problems with dropped calls due to poor signal in part of my home. The big problem I have is WiFi calling works intermittently, the phone is automatically changing my WiFi preferences to prefer mobile network, and then the other major issue I'm having is texting....messages fail to send but the recipient gets the same message multiple times....or the message says it was sent and the recipient never received it.

I posted a thread about my disappointment with this device. I have pre-ordered the Pixel 4 XL today and will be getting rid of this device. Its useless if it can't perform basic functions expected of a phone....especially one at this price point.

No dropped calls or WiFi calling issues on Verizon for me. Clarity is fine.

I'm unlocked on Verizon and experience drop calls frequently in my house. Wi-fi calling seems to help. Didn't have that issue with my S10+.

Sounds like a reception issue to me what is your signal like when you drop calls.

Had to call verizon on the phone to turn on wifi Calling.
Seems the government wants you to setup 911 address and everything on your phone before wifi Calling will work.

If everything else fails.
Take it to your carrier.

Yup. It happens in weak areas, the s10+ did the same thing. Note 9 no dropped calls in same area.

You could be caught in between 2 tower areas.
Or trees are moving when the wind blows.

Call your carrier.

The note 10 and the s10+ are known to have noticeably weaker signal.
