dropping signal

Does anybody else have problems with their skyrocket losing cell signal? It will drop for me and I will have to reboot the phone and magically I have full strength signal again though I am standing in the same spot. Or it will be very slow to reacquire signal if I am patient enough to wait for it, though most times I am not.
