Dropping Verizon Unlimited Plan?

I still have my unlimited data plan with Verizon. One of the few who are still grandfathered in. The question is, should I drop it in favor of the current "unlimited" plan. The price difference is nearly $100. I don't yet see any issues with it short of the wifi hotspot limitation of 10gb/mo. I don't use that anyhow.

Any thoughts?

If the 10gb hotspot isn't an issue for you and its gonna save you money, by all means jump on it. I switched to new plan (i to was grandfathered in) and have no problems with it. Saves me almost 100 a month

Won't you need to sign up for 2 another years? That won't matter unless you are thinking about switching carriers. If you believe the hype, it seems the GSM carrier networks are getting stronger and stronger.

$1200 / yr is a lot of $$ though, and it sounds like you are pretty much free to do as you wish. You have a lot of options... Good Luck!!

One thing I am curious about is actual network speeds... grandfathered in unlimited service versus current unlimited service. Is there a drop-off one versus the other?
