I just wanted to post this as I have been wondering about this (while not owning an S24 Ultra), and after finding out from a Canadian ZFold6 user that their phone can have 2 active eSIMs, I searched around and it appears that the same applies to the S24 series:
Samsung appears to have done it via the same MEP method as newer Pixels.
I'm not sure why people still think only one active eSIM at-a-time is possible (or maybe some variants have blocked it?)
