Dual and Quard core....

What is the noticeable thing and not theoretical between dual and Quard core devices... I mean something that is really worth the trouble of abandoning my gnex?

From what I've seen decreased battery life with quad core. Don't have a lot of time with a quad core phone though, just used a buddy's for a while.

Quad core is better and faster than Dual core.
