Dual-Core Snapdragons coming to Android

What do you guys think? Is there any validity to this?

From everything I've seen, these are more destined for tablets than phones at the moment...

I think the next gen Snapdraggon will be like 1.5GHz or so and is designed for smartphones. The tegra2 also looks good and should be coming to phones at some point.
