I have a Z Fold 4. Is it possible to have a dual login like on a PC so I can use one for personal and one for business to keep them separate please. Much obliged.

At my job, we use Hex Node for Work which works with Samsung Knox to create a work container with separate apps. Content cannot be shared between the home and work containers but one home screen can have short cuts to apps in both and the same biometrics can unlock both simultaneously. The work container can be remotely wiped by an Administrator without affecting the personal container. I think it requires some back-office IT components, though.
When i was in Android 13 beta last year for Samsung it was available then for some reason it was removed from the final build , so not sure when it will be implemented.

I'm sure you know this, and since i don't know what you were referring to with dual login exactly, (OS, App, etc), would Samsung "Secure Folder" work in your situation? It has quite the implementation and it can be invisible (turn on/off via quick panel). It works well for a work/home device.
Also, as has been mentioned, considered signing in to your device with another google account?
