Dual Network manager stuck on 2G

HELLO MY HTC D820 MU DOES NOT 3G Dual network manager does not let me choose 3G for any of my SIMS IT IS BLOCKED ON 2G SEE PHOTOS ATTACHEDHELP ME PLEASE

I had same problem with same phone. I update my SIM card to 4G.ask your service provider and change the SIM card.or type in key pad *#*#4636#*#* and select gsm auto.

i have the same problem can someone tell me the steps to use this *#*#4636#*#* thingy, am not clear .
