Dual Sim - Optus

Hi All,

Got the Mate 20 Pro the other day from Optus. The sales agent told me that the dual sim feature would work and there was no issue... of course this has proven incorrect and Optus has put their head in the sand.

Does anyone know of a way that i can get his feature working at all?

Hi, yes I'm pretty sure it does, it has the Sim card and NM slot (Sim 2) on the Sim card tray but the phone software which Optus preloaded doesn't have the dual Sim option in settings

I have the international model and it has the dual SIM settings
