Dual time zones after landing in a foreign country

Upon landing in Manila a few weeks ago, my Edge asked me if I wanted to add a time zone or something to that effect. I was in a hurry and ticked yes. It actually is showing the same time as where I am from (Chicago). It shows as a dual time on my Edge's edge upon sleep. I cannot locate where to set this correctly since I set it wrong at the onset. Anyone know where this is located?
