Is it possible to install the latest version of Android jelly bean on my Samsung victory? Or would I even want to? How about the first version of Kit Kat when it is released?

You should be able to get android 4.3 on that device if you find the ROM for it but first you need to root it. An between 4.3 and kit kat I would wait for kit Kat since its optimized for slower devices or lower end.

Mmm, okay. I looked up the instructions for everything I would need to do. I don't think I want to take a chance on turning my phone into a paperweight. I'm happy with jelly bean 4.1.
