Battery is fine, checked in another S3.

So I was updating to cm10.1 with TWRP. I had just updated the MD4 then hit reboot recovery. Yep black screen since then.

Tried the volup/down + pwr + home stuff, nothing.

I just bought a usb download mode jig, but until that comes is there anything I can do?

Sorry about the circumstances, though. I don't think there is anything you can do until it arrives.

I had the same thing happen to me on the 24th while flashing a kernel. It's probably hard bricked. $130 to get it fixed by Sammy in Canada (Vancouver) through Telus. ****ty dude. And better yet, less than five minutes after I got home, I dropped it and screwed the screen. Hilarious, right? FML
