i try to flash with z3x box i put firmware and i flash only with recovery off firmware is was a mistake to put flash only with recovery

Put the phone in download mode , download Odin 3.13.1 and latest firmware for your device at sammobile. Extract the firmware file a program like 7-zip and place the 4 files into Odin corresponding slots .
