Has anyone ever made a Custom lock screen that was like a jigsaw puzzle? I.e. a picture that you have to put together in order to use your phone? how hard do you think this would be to make and would there be enough demand for it?

There is no doubt, that would be really cool. Not sure how practical it would be for everyday use though.

well nothing complicated...just like three to five pieces lol! i could imagine somethin like this:

person 1-oh hey is that the new *insert phone name*?

person 2-yea, wanna see it?

person 1- heck yea!

person 2- okay! **begins assembling 1000 piece puzzle to unlock phone**

Well, while we're playing games, how about a password lockscreen with a hangman diagram, just for kicks (you know, a body part gets added each time you touch the wrong letter).

One of the samsung phones at verizon had the puzzle piece lockscreen. Not sure which one....you only had to move one piece.
