Duocall keeps taking over my mom's phone How do we stop it?

Basically, when this happens my mom can only make duocalls out. This stupid app takes over her Motorola moto g power phone. She and I are getting seriously frustrated at this point. Can anybody help. BTW, we HAVE tried disabling the app, it just keeps coming back. We don't know what to do.

If u long press Google Duo icon>tap info>appear on top tap and toggle off see if that helps

Welcome to Android Central! Open the Phone app, tap Menu>Settings>Calls, and see if there's an option for Turn On Video Calling. If so, turn that off.
